In Canada, the German Cockroach, Pennsylvania Wood Roach (also called Cedar Bug, Pine Bug & Wood Roach) and the Oriental Cockroach are the most common types of cockroaches. On average an adult cockroach ranges in size from 1 to 5 cm in length, with an oval, flattened body, 6 legs and a pair of long antennae. They can be black to reddish brown in colouring. Cockroaches reproduce quickly and are challenging to eliminate.
